President & CEO

Stuart Pudsey began his business career at a young age in his birth country, England. He co-owned a window and door company starting in 1988, when he was fresh out of college. Stuart right away learned about the value of customer service through hands on interaction. He owned several other businesses in England before finally deciding to move to the USA.

Stuart moved to Florida in 2002 for better opportunities for him and his family. He saw a huge potential in the marine industry while working in a local boat yard. Since he lived in Fort Lauderdale, the Venice of the Americas, he knew the opportunity was just waiting for him. In his 6 years there he learned quickly and worked his way up the ranks building his knowledge ready for the leap into his own business once again.

In 2008, Stuart decided to start his own business, Yacht Repairs & Maintenance (YRM), with the passion to provide number one customer satisfaction. Just like his other businesses he wanted quality work with competitive pricing. Since owning YRM, Stuart has expanded to give customers the ability to have a one stop shopping experience. Stuart enjoys riding his motorcycle, fishing, boating, and spending time with his family.

Chris Tomaszewski

Chris Tomaszewski

General Manager

Chris Tomaszewski joined YRM in 2012 and helped initiate the recent expansion into metal services; with his vast knowledge of the marine metal industry, he has YRM at the cutting edge of development and market leader in chock design!

Along with the in house designer at YRM, he helped to create the new patented chock design.

Prior to his move to YRM, Chris had 19 years’ experience working in the metalworking marine industry. He has extensive knowledge on metal fabrication and brings a lot of expertise on the subject.

Before his move to the United States in 1994 from Poland, Chris worked in a train factory doing quality control with customers. He has had a passion for one-on-one customer interaction to ensure a wonderful experience ever since. While not at work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and watching documentaries.

Jason Eulette

Jason Eulette

In-House Designer

Jason became YRM’s exclusive designer in 2012. He designed and assisted in the development of YRM’s patented chocks. In 2014, he helped to design and file for a davit design patent.

Jason is a Mechanical/Design Engineer with over 10 years of experience designing a wide range of mechanical products for the marine industry. He earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from Georgia Southern University and his MBA in Finance from Nova Southeastern University. After establishing JNE Engineering LLC in 2009, Jason broadened his design skills by developing innovative concepts for individuals and companies in various industries.

When Jason is not working, he enjoys going to the gym, playing soccer and spending time at the beach.

Eric Brooks

Eric Brooks

Carpentry Supervisor

Eric Brooks has vast knowledge of carpentry fabrication and joined YRM in 2009. Before joining YRM, Eric previously worked at a couple of local boat yards. Eric crossed paths with Stuart at one of the boat yards and admired his many skills so when he saw the potential for a long working career with YRM it was no question about the move.
Eric started his carpentry career working for his father in his cabinet shop in Texas and later moved to New York to further his career in the carpentry industry. Eric moved to Florida in 2006 and that was when he met Stuart. During his free time Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and going to the gym!

Darek Magrys

Darek Magrys

Metal Supervisor

Darek Magrys joined YRM in 2012. He was influential in the expansion into metal work and was promoted to Metal Supervisor in 2014.
After moving from Poland to the United States at the age of 21, he learned his metalworking skills such as welding and fabrication. He went on to have numerous years’ experience from local companies specializing in metal work. Darek widened his knowledge further at YRM to become a master at aluminum and stainless steel fabrications. He is a dedicated project manager and understands the importance of customer satisfaction. While not at work, Darek enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife.

Maciek Robaszkiewicz

Maciek Robaszkiewicz

Installations Supervisor

Maciek Robaszkiewicz joined YRM in 2012 as an installer. He was promoted to Supervisor of Installations in 2014.
Before moving to the United States from Poland, Maciek was a professional soccer player and a physical education teacher. He is enthusiastic and extremely organized in everything he does.

Prior to his move to YRM, Maciek had numerous’ years experience working in the metalworking and installations in the marine industry. He has extensive knowledge on marine standard installations and has always had an eye-for-detail; he ensures a great installation every time.

While not at work, Maciek enjoys watching soccer and spending time with his wife and son.
